We have run hundreds of campaigns for retailers including H&M, New Look, Carphone Warehouse and Solillas. In store retail campaigns are used to reward customers, aid retention, promote products or ranges, seasonal activities, encourage upsell, gather data and create content.
Divided Clothing Launch

Locations – 12 UK wide locations Multiple London sites, Manchester, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Cardiff and Dublin
Duration – Over 2 days 5 hours in each store varying times end of October
Team – 2 multi skilled staff per store
Treatments – Offering Halloween Divided clothing ‘Grey girl’ themed treatments which is a grungy indie look. We offered Gothic Makeovers, Halloween hair and Spooky Nail art.
Aims – To celebrate the launch of the Divided range and Halloween. Customers offered complimentary treatments with purchases this was pre advertised to encourage store visits
Campaign set up – We set up a mini Halloween styled salon in 12 stores in the Divided clothing range area
Results – Our team conducted 250 treatments, spooky nail art was the most popular. The treatments had great visual impact and created a great buzz in store for the new range.
H&M Recharge Retreat

Location – H&M Flag ship Oxford Circus store
Duration – 6 weeks 12pm-8pm Thursday – Sunday in the run up to Xmas.
Team – A salon manager and 6 multi skilled staff
Treatments – Offering a wide variety of treatments for men and women including express hair styling, express makeovers, express manicures, express facials, express refresh massages, hot towel facial experience, luxury wet shave and eyebrow shaping and defining
Aims – Customers spent £50 to receive a complimentary treatment so as well as encouraging brand loyalty this helped to encourage up spend and increase store visits.
Campaign set up – The area was designed to reward tired customers during their Xmas shopping. H&M dressed the area like an alpine lodge and we provided salon pieces including barbers chairs, lighted mirrors, make up chairs to stylize the area.
Results – Our team conducted 1700 treatments, nails are the most popular at 40% closely followed by hair on Friday and Saturday and massage. Customer feedback in store was fantastic and sales increased
Solillas Pop-up Shop

Location – Westfield Shopping Centre London
Duration – Saturday afternoon launch in the Summer
Team – 1 multi skilled staff
Treatments – Focused on summer hair styles – hair feathers, hair chalks, glitter scalps, braiding, curling etc…
Aims – To attract attention to the launch of their pop up shop. Customers were offered complimentary treatments with a purchase, goody bags and entires into a competition.
Campaign set up – We set up a hair styling station in the pop up shop
Results – Our team conducted 12 treatments. The activity attracted new customers to the pop up whom the company were able to data capture from and sell items to. The extra attention helped to increase brand awareness and optimise the pop up operation.
